MINIMUM ORDERS

The minimum opening order is $250.00. The minimum re-order is $150.00.

TERMS

A credit application must be completed in full + submitted for authorisation to receive 30 day terms on re-orders. We reserve the right to refuse credit on any account. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be applied to any account with a past due balance. All NSF cheques are charged a $25 service fee.

BACK ORDERS

We will automatically ship back orders over $75.00 unless specifically noted otherwise. Back orders under $75 will be held and shipped with the nextre-order. Back orders over 60 days will automatically be cancelled. Back orders are subject to the same freight charges as original order.

FREIGHT

All orders are shipped FOB Grantsville MD via UPS ground. Shipment is usually within 1 week of orders on account with established credit or credit card orders or damages must be notified via the customer service department within 7 days where an RA# must be issued. Under some circumstances, a 15% restocking fee may be required.

RETURNS

All products are sold on a firm sales basis, so are non-returnable. Short ship, shipping errors or damages must be notified via the customer service department within 7 days where an RA# must be issued. Under some circumstances a 15% restocking fee may be required.
